Caladenia aff. concinna
Weethalle, NSW, September 2015
This species is impossible to separate from Caladenia concinna in the field using flower morphology. However both use a different species of thynnine wasp as pollinator. Thus, confirmation of pollinator species is required to confirm identification. Here, the pollinator of C. aff. concinna rests on the orchid flower. It is an unnamed species of thynnine, however it can be told from the pollinator of C. concinna which has a black abdomen.
